  1. Australian Shipping Policy

    a. Shipment Processing Time

    • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. If there is a high volume of orders or any unforeseen circumstances causing delay, we will inform you via email or telephone.
    • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

    b. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

    • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
    • Delivery estimates will be provided at checkout. However, these are only estimates, and actual delivery times may vary.

    c. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

    • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

    d. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

    • Docs Originals is not responsible for any customs, duties, or tax fees associated with your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

    e. Damages

    • Docs Originals is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.
